Kansas City's Blooms in the Bottoms: Where Shopping Blossoms and Fun is in Full Bloom

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - April 29, 2025 - PRLog -- Kansas City's Historic West Bottoms Welcomes Spring and Celebrates Moms with Petals, Photo Ops, and Plenty of Cheer. West Bottoms is ready to plant some joy! From May 2–4, the historic district will burst with blossoms, vintage treasures, and vibrant experiences during the annual Blooms in the Bottoms celebration — a Mother's Day-inspired tradition that continues to grow in popularity.

This First Friday Weekend will be as bright and fragrant as a freshly picked bouquet, with cheerful touches around every corner. From flower-filled photo ops to pet adoptions and plant sales, this weekend promises to be budding with beauty and full of heartfelt moments for the whole family.

As part of Full Moon Productions' Festival of the Full Moon, this May's theme nods to the celestial Flower Moon, perfectly timed for this lush and lively gathering. Expect music playing throughout the district, vintage and antique shopping, street entertainment, and blooming photo ops that feel straight out of a fairytale.

West Bottoms Shops in Full Bloom - From May 2-4, more than 20 vintage and antique shops will throw open their doors with seasonal surprises and one-of-a-kind finds.
