KLM Enterprises Services LLC Subsidiary BGE Digital Distribution Enters Talks to Exit Sonosuite

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - June 3, 2025 - PRLog -- KLM Enterprises Services LLC has announced that its subsidiary, BGE Digital Distribution, is in active discussions to terminate its relationship with Sonosuite and pursue alternative digital distribution partnerships. The decision follows growing internal pressure regarding royalty inconsistencies and insufficient client access to essential tools like Songstats and real-time analytics.

"I've spoken directly with Sonosuite's founder on several occasions, but the issues remain. This is exactly what we experienced with Symphonic Distribution. And I have the emails to prove it."

Mr. Myrick emphasized that this move is both strategic and overdue, citing a growing sentiment among independent labels and artists that outdated distribution platforms are limiting access to data, while withholding royalties under vague policies. "Is it greed? Or simply a lack of judicial oversight in the digital music distribution space?" he questioned.

Ron Hall, Finance Manager at KLM Enterprises, echoed the frustrations: "There's a clear lack of respect for our platform and partners. The chokehold that the Merlin Network appears to have on independent distribution raises serious concerns about fair access and market monopolization."

KLM Enterprises is exploring distribution partners that provide enhanced reporting, transparent royalty systems, and open integrations to empower BGE's expanding catalog of independent artists and labels.
